I primarily use Gong for watching call recordings and reading the quick summaries that its AI provides (although the fact it doesn't distinguish between "start of meeting small talk" and "on-topic conversation" leads to some hilarious summary items). It's an every day tactical tool that helps make sure I have a fantastic layer of discovery to refer to while planning a course of action. Having all the call and email history combined in one place makes for convenient access as well, especially when untangled a cable-drawer caliber tangle trying to find specific snippet. Having the Transcript immediately available is absolutely a life-saver. IT does so much more than I use it for on a day-to-day basis as well. I appreciate the powerful forecasting and pipelines tools, although, I don't dig into them much in my particular role.
