A new CRM with innovative features and a very handy browser plugin
The browser plugin allows me to add contact info from any public profile (LinkedIn/Twitter, etc.) on the web directly into my database without any data entry or copy/paste.

A modern, easy-to-use CRM
The interface is modern and simple! We use Notion, and finally I've found a CRM that's as great to use (yet powerful enough). The UI is really nice. We've tried so many other options and the products look like they're from decades ago.
Being able to save email templates is great. The email syncing is smooth. The recent addition of email sequences is so useful.
