A really easy system to set up and run with. Now a staple of all our meetings. Just getting to grips with all the tools to use. Accuracy appears to be improving all the time.

It is basically very easy to use and you can quickly find your way around. Particularly good is the automatic language detection, so you don't have to constantly switch manually when you switch between languages in different projects. I find the summaries and especially the block formation (topic blocks) very well done. I was surprised how well Fireflies understands and collects tasks! The settings for the integration are really easy to understand once you've had a look at them. The key VC tools are supported in any case (Meet, Teams, Zoom etc.), more exotic tools tend not to be.

How it frees me up from having to take notes and allows me to focus on the conversation. I love the meeting minutes summaries. It's easy to adopt, works well with all of your team, and stays in the background without being intrusive.
