Started off on the wrong foot, but customer service saved the day!
We were struggling with getting the right help for our needs with our account. I was brand new to the tool and didn't quite understand what I was working with. My account rep at the time didn't have the knowledge to assist me, so it fell stagnant. When I left a review here on G2, I was followed up with and prompted to meet with a new account manager. The meeting went SO well and I feel so much more confident with Expensify. And I had all my integration questions answered after months of trying. I'm excited to make Expensify work for us now, rather than dread logging in.

Super easy to use
Love that it is easy to upload receipts. Solution automatically fills in data. My finance team pays me and all I did was take a picture. Works on laptop and phone seemlessly
