Dovetail is an excellent case management system that is user friendly, for both the admin and the end user. Having gone through an implementation with Dovetail support to add an additional user group and their requirements / functionality, I've learned how easy it is to implement on my own, and now I'm able to implement new Dovetail projects for new user groups without additional Dovetail support.

It has created such an opportunity to allow us to identify trends, which we then can use to quantify the benefits of enhancement requests as well as l reduce volumes into our call center.
