Having used Culture Amp for mid year appraisals and reviews, I find it a very useful online tool to do annual and mid year reviews on objectives and plans for the coming year. It is easy to complete the forms, and set out objectives, plus my manager can read and acknowledge my efforts and respond accordingly. Normally we also hold an online Zoom or Teams discussion to go over any forthcoming projects or targets.
