Review on Culture Amp as a User

I like working with culture amp, for our employee reviews and check-ins. It is an easy system to use, and very easy to navigate. I use this system around 3 to 4 times a year, in order to set goals, reviews throughout the year and year end. It is also a great system to use to request and give feedback to other employees that I work along side. I like the fact that it automatially saves work entered/started - so that you can log back in later and pick up where you left off.
