Overall, the simplicity of the system helps our employees feel the value of our people team processes (i.e. performance reviews, feedback, engagement surveys). Culture Amp gives the right amount of insight for engagement surveys, prioritizing action over all else, to equip managers for action. This helps our team build credibility and trust. Support team is also AWESOME and so easy to get in touch with.

The entire interface is intuitive and easy to use. It has a minimalist design and fulfills exactly the purpose it is intended to.
