Boardable has been a gamechanger for us, and overwhemingly has increased the professionalism of our Board. From an administrative perspective, it saves so much time creating and distributing agendas and minutes, and any discussions get instant engagement from Board members. Minutes are quickly finalised within a short time of a meeting finishing. The task function is great to keep members accountable. It is also great having all our documentation available for our members to access at any time, such as Board policies, induction manual, position descriptions, terms of reference, etc. The ability to run a meeting online as well as F2F is also a bonus, especially with the switch to online that happened during COVID.

Ich liebe, wie einfach es ist, Meetings innerhalb von Boardable zu planen, zu organisieren und aufzuzeichnen. Vor der Nutzung von Boardable musste ich jede Datei als PDF in einem Ordner speichern und dann alle zusammenführen. Die Möglichkeit, Elemente in die Agenda zu ziehen und abzulegen, sie den Mitgliedern des Meetings zuzuweisen und das gesamte Paket zu drucken, hat meinen Job verändert. Ich verbringe keine Stunden mehr damit, ein Board-Paket zusammenzustellen.
