Birdeye macht das Leben so viel einfacher. Ich persönlich nutze es für das Social Media Management und es ist wirklich einfach, die Inhalte hochzuladen und alles zu posten. Ich nutze es mindestens ein paar Mal am Tag und finde es sehr intuitiv. Ich schätze besonders die 'Genehmigungs'-Funktion, damit andere im Unternehmen es überprüfen können, bevor es live geht. Die Berichterstattungsfunktion ist auch großartig, sehr einfach, Daten abzurufen.
