I use Asana on daily basis at work and I can truly say that it makes our life so much easier with each task and project that we actually manage. I love the implementation and sync that it has with Google so e mails can be synced on a single task and whenever there is an update it will go ahead and add that info right away. I also like the integration that it has with Slack because I can create tasks, reply to comments and get notifications from projects right away at real time from there without oppening the web or the desktop app. I really like the way how sub tasks are managed and how you can add owners to them. I have never had the need to contact their customer support so far, but I can imagine that their service will be as good as the product and featuers that they offer.
