Very flexible software for boutique research agencies

|Alchemer Survey
The survey design is fairly intuitive. Upon getting a subscription, I jumped in and started building surveys. Some aspects took trial and error to learn, but overall... I was able to build large, fairly complex surveys with different logic and branches without external how-to content or the need to call customer service. Speaking of customer service, I have had a few special needs that required HTML alterations. I found the customer service team to be very helpful and very timely with their responses and solutions.
