I took a Woven assessment as part of a job interview. Best thing that I liked about Woven is that it gives you a real life like work scenario and allows you to showcase your skills and demonstrate how you work to an employer. I saw that I had 48 hours to complete the assessment and 30 min for each question. But I wasn't sure if I could just exit the test or had to log out, and if it would just pick up where i left off. Ich nutzte Woven als Teil eines technischen Auswahlverfahrens für ein Vorstellungsgespräch. Die Plattform und die Menschen sind erstklassig. Die ausgewählten Aktivitäten fühlen sich wie echte Anwendungsfälle an und nicht wie "wie gut erinnerst du dich an obskure Algorithmen" wie bei einigen anderen. Die Umgebung zum Schreiben von Code und anderen Dokumenten funktioniert hervorragend. Das Feedback zu den Aktivitäten ist auch weitaus besser als alles, was ich je erhalten habe. I really like the IDE as it supports almost all coding languages. While taking my Data Engineering assessment, I preferred coding in SQL. The text editor is excellent, and the best part is the ability to run code and check for errors.

I used Woven as part of a technical assessment for an interview. The experience was very enjoyable and more representative of real-world scenarios. The environment is relatively easy to use if some time is spent going over the prep guide beforehand. I would be glad to use a platform like Woven again. Woven is a great platform for real-world coding and system design challenges. The tasks are practical, well-structured, and test both technical skills and problem-solving.
