Wizer is much easier to setup and manage than our previous platform. The training are bite-sized videos that cover the topic well without droning on. Our previous training provider offered more tools and reporting, but this also made the admin console more cluttered and difficult to navigate. I never had the time to fully take advantage of all those tools, so the more streamlined experience Wizer offers is a benefit for me. If you are looking for in-depth reporting and a plethora of tools, then Wizer may leave you wanting more. But I find what they have available more than meets my needs at this time.
