I think splitting "jobs" and "applicants" into a two tabs is a bit redudant. I think there should just be a "My Listings" page where you can click into a job, edit, view, AND browse applicants rather than splitting it into two top level views. The profile settings are smart, like the type of start-up you prefer - early, seed round, etc. You often get a name for who is doing the hiring, which is nice.
