Toucan Fax Vor- und Nachteile

I like that Toucan Fax allowed our business to port in our existing fax number so we didn't have notify our customers of a number change. Toucan Fax is much more cost effective and saves our business money every month. I like the convenient features - send a fax through email, unlimited fax storage, saved contact list, inbound and outbound fax confirmations with transmission report, and being able to add 3 additional email addresses for fax notifications. I also like that Toucan Fax is HIPAA compliant for security reasons. Their customer support team is always fantastic, and we usually receive a response within a few minutes. If I send a fax through email - an automatic cover page is created and sent along with my documents - this is very convenient. What I dislike is that I have to create a cover page and upload it first whenever I send a fax through the online portal. Bewertung gesammelt von und auf G2.com gehostet.
