Von dem ersten Moment an, als ich Things installierte, gefiel mir am meisten das beeindruckende Design. Wenn ich die App nicht gekauft hätte, würde ich denken, sie stamme aus der Designabteilung von Apple. Etwas, das mir auch sehr gut gefällt, sind die Möglichkeiten, Aufgaben in Projekte zu organisieren und innerhalb jeder Aufgabe Listen erstellen zu können. Was mir an Things am wenigsten gefällt, ist, dass es ein besseres Erinnerungssystem sowohl für macOS als auch für iOS fehlt. Obwohl es mit Apple-Erinnerungen integriert werden kann, denke ich, dass ein besser integriertes Benachrichtigungssystem praktisch wäre. Nachdem ich "Getting Things Done" gelesen hatte, war ich entschlossen, ein Werkzeug zu finden, das meinen neuen Produktivitätsansatz unterstützen könnte. Ich liebe, wie intuitiv und einfach das Werkzeug ist. Ich genieße wirklich, dass die iOS-App und die Apple Watch-Version super einfach zu bedienen sind. You can only use it with Apple products. I have a personal PC and can't use it or integrate it there, which is a tragedy. Insgesamt fühlt sich alles reibungslos und so an, wie es sein sollte! Wirklich die beste Funktion für mich ist, schnell einen Gedanken notieren zu können (über die Schnelleingabeverknüpfung mit intelligentem Autofill!), während ich irgendetwas auf meinem Mac mache. Die Integration von Kalender und Erinnerungen ist ebenfalls sehr gut synchronisiert und im Menü angezeigt. I like being able to drag just about anything into the interface and create a task that references back to the source. For example, I get an email that is essentially a task. I can drag it onto things and it creates a task that I can name and schedule. In the task itself is a link back to the email, so when its time to do the work, I can click the link and have the email pop right up. This completely eliminates my need to manage my inbox at all.
