There are quirks in the software that you need to learn, like not writing off the entire balance on a visit if the patient has a copay - even if the copay has been paid, otherwise the balance will be negative instead of zero. The customer service is outstanding! They are always there to help! I also enjoy how in the accounting tab how there is a pie chart showing the amount paid, amount written off, and the patient amount is showen. Also in billing how we can run a batch check before we send out the claims. In our old system, We were not able to do this which resulted in errors on claims. The only thing that I dislike at this time is when claims are paid, the batch of claims is not set as complete. It would be nice to know what claims on the batches have not been paid yet to help with keeping up and past due claims. Also the newest update I am not too sure about yet.
