Aus irgendeinem Grund haben wir Personen, die sich abgemeldet oder abbestellt haben, die weiterhin Nachrichten erhalten, bis wir sie manuell selbst entfernen. Ich bin mir nicht sicher, warum, vielleicht wurden sie zu Leads anstatt zu Abbestellten geändert, also mache ich den zusätzlichen Schritt, ungültige/abgemeldete Nummern manuell vor jedem Versand zu entfernen. Ich mag es auch nicht, dass ich nicht mehrere .csv-Dateien auf einmal hochladen kann, um neue Kontakte hinzuzufügen. Wenn ich Elementor-Kontakte herunterlade, werden manchmal mehrere .csv-Dateien als Zip heruntergeladen. I spent a fortune with another carrier to get "approved" for texting ... and that other place didn't help at all. Textla helped me get through the process quickly with zero pain. Interface is intuitive, not clunky like other platforms. And it integrates super easy with Zapier. I got Kajabi integrated w/ Textla in 30 minutes and am now automating reminders, plus we've seen a significant increase in engagement through text messaging. Before I even spent a dime, the Textla support team helped me upload my contacts and get the kinks worked out of my csv files. The onboarding experience was detailed and the support team is U.S. based. The communication was easy and efficient. I enjoyed the experience getting started - and the platform is a breeze to use.
