Hallo, ich arbeite täglich mit Humanity als Planungsanalyst: Ich verwalte die Personalplanung für 12 Länder (zwischen 2 und 26 Personen jeweils) wöchentlich.
Dies sind die nützlichsten Funktionen für mich:
- Gruppenslots für mehrere Personen gleichzeitig,
- Verfügbarkeitsstunden mit Konfliktmodus, wenn man während dieser Stunden etwas plant,
- die Möglichkeit, einem Slot einen Titel hinzuzufügen, was die Planung für den Endbenutzer (meine Teammitglieder) klar macht,
- Vorlagen, die ich wöchentlich bei der Vorbereitung der Planung für Teams verwende,
- Möglichkeit, Planerberechtigungen (für Mitarbeiter) für Positionen zu vergeben, die dieser Mitarbeiter verwalten soll.
Ein wesentlicher Teil sind auch Analysen und Berichte. Dies sind wichtige Funktionen:
- Positionszusammenfassungsbericht mit der Möglichkeit, leere Schichten herauszufiltern (in der Vorlagenplanung verwende ich sie als Notizen),
- Spickzettelbericht, der mir hilft, die Planung außerhalb von Humanity für weitere Analysen zu speichern,
- Urlaubs- und Verfügbarkeitsstundenberichte, die mir helfen, Daten darüber zu erhalten, wer wann abwesend war.
Zu guter Letzt ist der Kundenservice von Humanity immer hilfsbereit, sehr freundlich und auf den Punkt. Wann immer ich Probleme habe, lösen sie 100% meiner Probleme. Die technische Seite könnte verbessert werden (Pop-up-Dialog und kein neues Fenster; weniger E-Mails, aber Bewertung direkt nach dem Gespräch; etc.). Ansonsten - großartige Arbeit! Ich möchte betonen, dass es in diesem Jahr viele Verbesserungen gibt, die Humanity bereits eingeführt hat. Es ist großartig zu sehen, dass das Tool immer benutzerfreundlicher wird.
Es gibt noch Raum für Verbesserungen und es wäre großartig, wenn diese Dinge hinzugefügt würden:
- wenn der Urlaub bestätigt ist, könnte ich die Slots immer noch zur Planung der Person hinzufügen (und dann muss ich sie manuell mit Name/Tag-Filtern löschen). Es wäre großartig, wenn das System so wäre, dass, wenn der Urlaub genehmigt ist, alle Slots automatisch nicht zugewiesen werden (auch wenn sie nach der Urlaubsbestätigung hinzugefügt werden),
- die Synchronisation zwischen Humanity und Google erfolgt nur einmal alle 24 Stunden. Wenn die Synchronisation sofort erfolgt, würde das unsere Erfahrung erheblich verbessern,
- eine kleine Sache, die die Planung benutzerfreundlicher macht - die Möglichkeit, ein Emoji zu einem Titel hinzuzufügen (derzeit kann ich es tun, aber das Emoji verschwindet, sobald die Planung veröffentlicht wird).
Bezüglich der Analyse:
- wir brauchen wirklich die Möglichkeit, eine vergleichende Analyse der Planung zu Beginn der Woche und der Planung am Ende der Woche durchzuführen (Vergleich des Positionszusammenfassungsberichts). We tried other systems (free) and came back to TCP Humanity Scheduling software. It meets our needs for our front line staff. We have been using this system for over 10 years.
Easy to use. Can enter notes for staff shifts. We like it!
It's easy to chat with a support staff at TCP Humanity when we do not know how to do something.
Lots of webinars offered to explain functionalities we do not use but that could be beneficial to our operations.

Our pay system is Dayforce/Ceridian, and TCP Humanity can not interact, so I have to enter the schedule in both systems. It would be great if Dayforce/Ceridian was one of the systems that can interact with Humanity.

I love the simplicity of having control of my schedule right at my fingertips. It is so nice to be able to pick up schedules and drop them quickly when needed. TCP Humanity Scheduling allows multiple associated staff to be coordinated for various associated locations, positions, and dates. After a easy learning curve, we can easily schedule, review, and approve of a various shifts. Staff also find ease of access, considering the simple user interface to input unavailability. I love that you can create an unlimited number of positions and that regardless of your organization's size you can accommodate many departments with various functions. *When an update is made it is flaged as an update and not a new booking
*Clear job discription when palcing a vacancy eg Operator ? Is it a Camera Operator or Audio Operator, Lighting Operator? Make it clear.

Schedules are easy to change, easy to put in new employees and adjust their availability. The options for making shift templates and color coding positions is very nice. It's easy to check employees timeclocks, and also the messaging works well for communication. Minor things are issues- if you accept a leave request is deletes anything the employee is scheduled on. Good in theory but we make Vacation a position, so this is annoying to me.
