I love storing all of our team's photos in one central location where everyone has access. This website has improved our file sharing vastly and allows us to share work in an easier, more productive manner. It's also great because you can easily share photos with people outside of the SmugMug team by creating a password-protected gallery. The setup is not the most intuitive (at least for our team!). The option to set up new galleries vs new folders threw off our system so that we now have extra layers to wade through before getting to the correct place.
