The features that I find the most useful of ScheduleReady are that it is pretty easy and straightforward to use this software. There is not a high learning curve when the user initially starts using it and so it makes it less intimidating for a tech non savvy person to use it. The most helpful feature about ScheduleReady that I like the best is the fact that it allows the user to create as well as edit schedules of their staff/team members within a matter of minutes and the ease with which the schedules/calendars of staff can be easily viewed. This makes creating staff schedules and shifts very convenient and leaves very minimal room for user error. The only minor downside of Scheduleready is that there is no privacy in schedules if there is a need to keep the staff schedule somewhat private and like with anything else the user has to put in a little bit of leg work to learn to use this software effectively.
