Recently RocketDocs went through some "upgrades" that left us unable to use the product for some time (search functionality was not working properly) and caused a lot of headaches with formatting. The product also changed from being able to insert a selected piece into your Word document with a simple click. Now, you must download the piece, open the downloaded Word document, and copy and then paste into your other working document. A LOT of steps now. RocketDocs is one of the leading content management tools. Our company primarily uses it for RFPs. I like how it is easy to search exact questions or topics using quotations or search broad topics within the platform. My primary frustration with the RocketDocs platform is how information is input. In order to not have an overwhelming amount of content within one document, I have to enter each question from an RFP individually, which takes a great deal of time. Search functionality and filters; easy to navigate; freeform tags and customization of attributes; audit trail. I used a different system in the past and feel that RocketDocs excels in many ways, mainly in content management. RocketDocs customer service is very helpful and responsive.
