Because we aren't true system administrators, we can't control the environment. Sometimes it takes awhile for jobs to be picked up and there isn't much you can do besides wait. Relativity being a market leader for so long has a large following and user base. When new technologies come along they work out new solutions. With all the recent additions of Collect, Relativity Short Message Format, and now air, they are evolving with the data sources we are working with. Since they have become more R&D focused and cutting edge, it somestimes feel like support take longer to 'assist' than they used to. When comparing to other eDiscovery/EDRM tools, Relativity constantly provides the best/newest features and every other tool seems to be playing catch-up. It has the best review platform, with all of the features that you would expect from any such platform, but all in one place.

It has impressive search capabilities and presentation.

The customisability and intuitive interface make it one of, if not the best tool for legal professionals. Being a cloud platform, it comes with all of the scalablity options, so no case is too large that it cannot handle.

As an administrator and trainer, I find end users frequently get confused about what Relativity can/cannot do and also the terminology can be confusing too.
