I have yet to experience anything I do not like about the program, I didn't do the setup of the system so i wouldn't know. Every email that has been captured so far after about a year of use has seemingly been correctly flagged. From everything I've used so far I dislike nothing, I know that isn't very helpful but I have had zero issues with the software. The ability to sort mass amounts of e-mail messages quickly is extremely helpful. It shows the subject and the email it was sent from in the email that lets you know that it was quarantined which is really nice. I also really like that if recipients also use Proofpoint Email Encryption it can automatically decrypt the message as it passes through to the end user.
