Procore has taken everything we do on a daily basis as a construction manager and structured it in a way that is simplified and easily trackable by all levels of the management team. Procores ability to provide a structured and accountable layout across all trade partners contract documents to include subconrtracts, RFI's, submittals, invoices, change orders, etc. is unmatched.

The least helpful part of Procore is the permissions feature. Most companies will have a gate keeper for the admin level permissions and when you are assigned a role you are only given template permissions for the role. Procore is a really great program and i am glad we started using it. Timesheets are simple, easy approval process and very little room for error when entering time. The tools options are endless and you can esentially create any type of document, inspection, form that you want, modify it to exactly what you need for your specific job, project or site. The mobile version is extremely user friendly and any person can use it regardless of their computer knowledge. The help chat is amazing, quick and efficient. i love being able to get real time help and not have to wait days to get a reply back. I really do think Procore is great!!
