The price. It is not expensive at all, but you get for what you pay for. The pricepoint is literally ridiculously inexpensive. If you are just looking to take straightforward registration, it's a good system. We loved the support person we had, but in the last few weeks, the same person has given us the line "go talk to your rep." We didn't even know we had a business rep! Promises upfront that never materialize. We have been on Proclass for a year plus now and all of a sudden the features that were going to "totally be done by end of the year (2017)" has become a conversation of "clients pay for these features."
