Allthough almost self explanatory, Pistachio still delivers next to none Customer Support and perfect respond time if you need help, and all in all this is an absolutely top shelf standardized solution for something every organization needs, and not to forget, at a very reasonable prize. Reporting in Pistachio has gotten better over time (you can now download .csv files for instance), but it could still be improved further with little things such as custom timeframes for the Management Report or being able to select multiple departments (instead of all or one).

- Users are not flagged as "not active" in the platform if they don't complete training, likewise users who are active, report phishes and are exemplary are not highlighted in any way.
