Opster’s products and services were perfect for my company’s needs. We wanted to reduce our Elasticsearch costs, but we couldn’t take the chance of performance degradation. The minute we began working with Opster, we were able to dramatically cut down our costs thanks to Opster’s recommendations and optimizations. At the same time, we started seeing massive improvment in our search and indexing performance, and haven’t had a single moment of downtime (even while upgrading versions, which was always a tricky and complicated process before). Working with Elasticsearch has always been a constant headache and a constant source of worry. With Opster, I just haven’t had to worry about ES and that’s been amazing. Both the products themselves and the experts who provide support and professional services are amazing. They’re incredibly responsive and help us solve any issue we had in record time (can’t even compare to working with ticket-based support services). The products, especially the Search Gateway, are the exact solutions my company needed.
