Easy to use. There are no too fancy features but the base ones are perfectly covered. One of the most usefull feature for us is the application health monitoring, as we developped and used in all our project an open source Java library to expose different health keys to OhDear. The detail and accuracy of the performance reports are fantastic. It's the perfect bridge app between our platform devs and other team members that might not have the same access to troubleshoot or might be slightly less technical and need an easy tool to show where any issues might be.
I use it during deployments to monitor the change in performance and analyse any trends in performance lag.
Uptime reporting allows me to review even the small outages that might not have been spotted, and again monitor for trends.
Webhook alerts is mega useful, we have a few of these tailor set-up and pinging into Teams channels to get the right attention.
I also use the lighthouse reporting tools, it's good to have an alternative to Google's lighthouse reports, plus you get a full history of the reports to monitor the performance over time, which you don't get with Google.
I really like the ease of user management and the simplicity of cost, so we're not worrying about adding more users whenever I need someone to log in and check something for us.

I'd like a feature to export all lighthouse metrics into an Excel/csv so I can track performance over time (only a small thing, but I currently do this manually). Even better, auto-update a Google sheet.
Auto-generated performance analysis. If we have a drop in performance, I'll tend to review all the date/time options to identify any trends in performance drop to help identify any anomalies and potential causes. Oh Dear ist eines dieser Tools, die man einmal konfiguriert und dann hofft, keine Benachrichtigungen von ihnen zu erhalten. Es ist nicht nur ein Site-is-down-Monitor, sondern auch Cron, Sitemaps, Performance, Lighthouse-Berichte, Statusseiten usw. Ich liebe es, dass ich auch anderen Zugriff geben kann, gut für Berichte. Ihr Support ist auch großartig, es gab mehrere Gelegenheiten, bei denen ich einige Bugs gemeldet habe und sie diese prompt behoben haben, was großartig ist. Und die Konfiguration ist sehr einfach - man fügt die Domain hinzu und je nach einigen Funktionen sendet man ihnen eine HTTP-Anfrage, und das war's. Super einfach. Ich habe eine kleine Unternehmenswebsite, die bei InMotion gehostet wird. Manchmal sagt mir ein Kunde, dass er das Produkt nicht kaufen kann, weil die Website nicht erreichbar ist. Oh Dear überwacht die Gesundheit der Website und benachrichtigt mich, wenn sie ausfällt und dann wieder online geht. Ich habe gelernt, dass meine Website viel häufiger ausfällt, als ich dachte, aber nie für mehr als ein paar Minuten. Die Benachrichtigungs-E-Mail hat eine Option zum Schlummern, wenn es zu viele Ereignisse gibt. Ich mag den freundlichen Ton der Nachrichten. Elegant status pages, it's always the first tool that notifies me when something goes wrong. It also gives feedback like when my websites load faster, which can also indicate that something is wrong.

Oh Dear allows for easy site monitoring, whether it is uptime, performance (response times), scheduled tasks (are they actually running, and on time?) or more advanced application monitoring.

I love being able to add a URL and have it pull through uptime, performance, certificate checks etc. The integration into Laravel + health monitoring is great. I don't use the status pages much, but I like knowing it's there for if a client asks.

It was really easy to set up, all our services are registered in OhDear and what we did is installed a lot of notification channels. So if there is anything interesting, we are really getting notified. Also, cron jobs are really important for us and OhDear gives us a really flexible way of setting up and monitoring all jobs execution. UI is really good.
