Before Method CRM we used quickbooks exclusively, taking notes on pads of paper and filing them away. Now, I have customers who call from months or years ago and I can see every phone conversation and the notes that were taken. Every time we went out to the customers house and the reason. What I enjoy most about Method CRM is the Acivities feature. I can make my daily notes, add a follow up time and date, a reminder gets emailed on the due date of the task. Being able to drag emails and other files into the customer's file is so helpful to keep all important files in one place. I think it would be a nice feature to have the date of when each contact was entered into the system. This would help indicate if the contact info is current or not. I enjoy the user-friendliness of the Method CRM. I was able to learn the whole system within a few weeks of being introduced to it and find it to be very easy to adjust to. I've also reached out to the customer support team (AI bot and live chat) and found answers very easily. Die Tags im Workflow können etwas verwirrend sein. Es wäre hilfreich, wenn der Endbenutzersupport für unsere Kernbenutzer hilfreicher wäre.
