There's a lot of cross-over functionality and multiple ways to do the same thing. This can easily get confusing and I often end up mixing different methods together before I realize it! Also, the new versions seem to have broken much of the functionality we've come to rely on. I like the ability to layout the equations and reuse equation sheets. There is also the option to share mathcad files among coworkers to make it easy for everyone to do their work.
