The platform is in it baby stages. while there is a lot that is working, there are also some major functions of the platform that have unresolved glitches and are in the middle of fixes. Ex. the chat widget, waiting on a Android inbox app (to launch in 2 months), the appointment and class booking feature needs cancelation windows and to fix some double booking issues. overall great bones! I am very new to Mastera, and I have subscribed based on a new business idea that I have, but wasn't able to put my finger on how to execute it. I purchased Tier 3 and the only complaint I have is that to have the platform completely white label I need to purchase 2 more accounts. For me this isn’t a deal breaker.
