I loved my onboarding process with LineLeader! The weekly check-in meetings were so helpful. I never felt abandoned in the onboarding process, nor was I ever overwhelemed. We tried out another lead management system and the onboarding process was almost completely self-directed which was not helpful for me. LineLeader can provide me with extra support, working in the space alone with many new service opening is challenging and I can be time-poor with some items - such as setting up tour times - which take extra care. We use this all day every day, so have very frequent use of the system and overall find it very easy to implement and changes.
