KnowBe4 is our main tool for security awareness trainings, used by everyone in the company, when they join, during phishing campaigns or refreshers. The training marketplace, segmented by area or internal team on the company is very handful, making it easier to select trainings that make sense for each team. It was easy to implement and the integration with Drata is a perfect-fit for us. So far we had minimal interactions with the support team, all of them good enough. The systems is easy to manage and create campaigns for training and phishing. The content is varied and easy to follow for all users in my org. We have seen higher compliance rates, and satisfaction scrores since switching, implemenation was fast and simple, and I go in several times a month to look for new trainings to deploy that are relevant to current trends in Cyber Security with great success. Having to review all of the different training can take a really long time, since you have to watch/read/play all the way through to get what is happening. I also found the settings page a little obtuse, sometimes options simply arent there, and I dont know why. Once it was setup though the integrations with Outlook and O365 work well. From the admin side, the site is not efficient. The automated emails are phishy and get reported by our users. Downloading reports doesnt always works. You cant edit all users at once--only up to the 500 per page. Courses/modules show as past-due, but you have to manually extend them for users to still access them. You should be able to originally choose a time period for a campaign to be past due and have it still accessible. The biggest issue I have had for the past two years is user account related--I have an employee who cant access the training, but when I try to assign it, KB4 says they don't exist; When I try to add them, KB4 says they already exist. Online safety training is interactive and effective. They have training modules and they send practice phishing emails. This allows users good practice on recognizing risky emails.
