The team are highly responsive, great at project managing, and excellent at delivering high quality insights in a timely fashion, plus they are generally a joy to work with. Their expertise in interview best practices helps us get answers to our questions from our customers and prospects without bias. They're incredibly organized and they have a process that just works. We'd used 3 other vendors before but none of them had as thorough of a process for aligning stakeholder priorities with the interivew guide or pre-interview survey that DoubleCheck uses as part of their process. With DoubleCheck its clear they know how to conduct interviews without reading word for word off of a script - this was NOT our experience with other W/L vedors - including Clozd.
