The issues with e-Bay are unsolved for far too long... The alternative is to redeem cash through virtual cards. There are a few bumps there as well: the virtual card security verification is a pain. Lately, it takes an average of ten days for me to use the card each time I redeem my points which is unreal! Also, the fact that each time I redeem the points I have to create a new card is insane. I can never use 100% of my points as very often I end up with small amounts which I cannot use to buy anything. It would be much fairer if we could credit the same card over and over to use the award entirely. And there is also the fact that not all vendors accept these cards...
