Sometimes IQ is upgraded during the work day- very rarely mind you, but when it goes down during the workday our office can’t do much without it. Luckily we have an awesome IQ liaison who is always so helpful and keeps us up to date on any glitches or improvements. It seems like the development team did not listen to long time users (10 years plus). The development team is not responsive to feature requests. Add to last batch is a common mouse click. They have not added, "use last letter." Also, filtering of incoming mail and assigning responses is behind competitors IConstituent and Fireside 21 does a better job of handling incoming mail (email blasts).

IQ4 did improvement newsletter production, but I still use IQ3.

Workflow is cumbersome and click-intensive, unfortunately. Multitasking in IQ is also slow. Check-in and check-out of letters in ActiveX via internet explorer is slow--thought this is not unique to the IQ software and certainly not the fault of the vendor--and manual uploading via an alternate browser is difficult for some users.
