What I dislike about the system is that it does not allow for self-service password resets. I also dislike the inability to track history, flag email responses, and have them automatically archive back into the appropriate files. Although we haven't fully upgraded yet, I can only speak to the current version. However, I believe that my requests and current challenges will be addressed once we upgrade. I wish there was a reminder when you go to exit the account you're working on for any open tasks. (ie.) "You still have ___ task open, are you finished or still working on it?" This would just be beneficial to remind us to close open tasks and prevent them from piling up. I also wish the bind folder was located under marketing instead of policy level, since we're requesting the bind order and receving the binder & carrier invoice prior to the policy.
