Dealing with Alfred made for a really good experience. He helped us understand the process for producing the video, arranged training for our video production agency and was very proactive in suggesting features we might use, such as CTAs with links embedded in the video.

There were some technical issues (on both sides) with setting up the connection between our instance of Sales Force Marketing Cloud and Idomoo's. Since day 1 he has supported me, my team, as well as other colleagues, to deliver projects to our clients and their scheme members.
