After implementation, we did not feel forgotten about, as support was readily available whenever it was needed. Within the platform, there are a few areas where I feel like automation would be beneficial to pursue. Any amendments or contract changes must go through support, which could delay changes if it isn't completely by a certain date, which is not always apparent to the user. I think humans should still be involved, but for simple amendments (like a pay change), it shouldn't be hard to make that automated with humans at the end just reviewing and approving or not. My onboarding experience was smooth and hassle-free. The Horizons app is incredibly easy to use—I can quickly download my COE, check and download my payslips, file leaves and reimbursements, and access all my employment information in one place. I also appreciate how easily I can find system documentation whenever I need it.
