Within the platform, there are a few areas where I feel like automation would be beneficial to pursue. Any amendments or contract changes must go through support, which could delay changes if it isn't completely by a certain date, which is not always apparent to the user. I think humans should still be involved, but for simple amendments (like a pay change), it shouldn't be hard to make that automated with humans at the end just reviewing and approving or not.
