Due to how sensitive the work can be, the ability to tailor the quick view to show household information, the intuitive layout, and the common Salesforce structure have all made it really useful for us. My contacts within the organization have always been very friendly even working late due to the time difference between their HQ and our lovation. Like any software you will need to customize the settings and tailor things to your use cases. It has taken us a while to get to the point that we are really starting to see huge benefits from this simply because we needed the internal support to reach that point. In other words, if you're an admin with a year or so experience it should be simple integration!
