It is rare, that I like all aspects of a company/partner. There just aren't that many that seek to excel in all areas: sales, service, back-office, etc. But Express Info has truly built an excellent company and I enjoy working with any of the areas (although I deal primarily with the servicing side). A few times the time it has taken to resolve an issue is too long. For example, we continue to have problems with papersave and gorilla.
