Die Benutzerfreundlichkeit ist fantastisch. Sie können alles von ihrem Telefon aus erledigen. Sobald die Lernkurve überwunden ist, ist es sehr benutzerfreundlich. Als Administrator liebe ich es, dass ich die Belege der Mitarbeiter jederzeit im Prozess einsehen kann (wenn sie in ihrer Brieftasche sind, sobald sie sie in ihrem Bericht abgelegt haben oder sobald sie den Bericht einreichen). Die Migration von ExpensePoint zu Quickbooks 98 ist bei weitem nicht so flüssig, wie ich erwartet hatte. Wir mussten eine Drittanbieter-Software herunterladen und abonnieren, die den ExpensePoint-Bericht von .csv in eine Version umwandelt, die mit QB funktioniert. Außerdem müssen wir anstelle der Migration eines Ausgabenbatches am Ende der Woche einen Batch für Visa-Gebühren, einen für MasterCard-Gebühren, einen für Visa-Gutschriften und einen für MC-Gutschriften ausführen. It's very easy to build reports and build out your company processes. There is a good level of customization available so you can tailor the platform to your needs and create tailored experiences for your users. The mobile app makes reporting so simple. I love the ability to take a photo of my receipt as soon as I get it in hand, and upload to view or modify later. This helps eliminate the risk of losing or misplacing receipts and missing expenses. The actual app is so easy to use and navigate; It's pretty self-explanatory but the ExpensePoint team was great at onboarding us to knowing the ins and outs. The app even saves your expense so that if you have recurring expesnes each month, it's easy to submit them quickly.
