It is integrated to outlook which is very handy. It is very easy to use, my team is using it daily and they are happy with it. From an admin side it is was quick to set up and to create templates, rules, shifts for agents, alerts... The Dashboard is great for live monitoring. It would be great if the reports could be sent by email automatically daily instead of having to consult them in the admin.

Emailgistics helps my organization stay on top of customer inquiries by integrating directly with my Azure/Exchange tenant and Outlook clients. Only downsides I have exerienced thus far have to do with billing and onboarding additional users. More billing flexibility would be nice, and a more streamlined user sync method would help out a lot, although not at all deal breakers in their current state.
