I think label printing setup could be easier. We had to write our own custom template using ZPL language which I didn't know before. It's not a complicated thing for a software developer, but WYSIWYG editor is nice to have, especially if you need to have multiple templates. Also it would be nice to have a self-hosted system. Das Einrichten von Projekten/Experimenten ist eine mühsame Aufgabe, wenn man gründlich in den bereitgestellten Informationen sein möchte. Es ist auch mühsam, Abschnitte zu bearbeiten, da man jeden Abschnitt speichern und verlassen muss, bevor man zum nächsten übergeht. Der Kundensupport ist uns ebenfalls wichtig, da wir möglicherweise schnell Antworten auf Fragen benötigen, und in dieser Hinsicht wurden wir nicht enttäuscht. Bisher gab es nicht viele Dinge, die man nicht mögen könnte, und nur zwei fallen mir ein. Ich würde gerne einen Probentyp ändern können, ohne ihn zu entfernen und erneut einzugeben. Das andere ist das Drucken, derzeit verwenden wir Software von Drittanbietern für unseren Etikettendruck, würden es aber vorziehen, direkt auf unseren Etikettendrucker drucken zu können, ohne dafür Code schreiben zu müssen. eLabNext allows me to ensure a useful inventory, every member is able to find all chemicals. The ability to create templates for experiment entries and protocols is a big benefit of eLabNext that greatly simplifies record keeping and saves us time. I didn't like that you can't collaborate on a single note at the same time as another group member. Made it difficult to record findings as a group because only one member had editing access at a time.
