Mein Lieblingsmerkmal ist die E-Mail-Konnektivität, die es mir ermöglicht, sofort zu sehen, ob ein Kontakt in meiner Datenbank vorhanden ist, und ihn hinzuzufügen, wenn nicht. Die Preispolitik muss überarbeitet werden, da der günstigste Plan normalerweise die grundlegenden Funktionen nicht enthält, was für kleine Organisationen definitiv kostspielig ist. Daylite has coordinated my multiple businesses for many years. It tracks all the contacts, project information and tasks and I never miss a beat. I even track my large extended family activities. The workflows are especially helpful in managing clients and projects. Searching with smart-lists is essential to my project management. Daylite really is a very special data management product. Linking data in an intuitive manner is great and does save a lot of time and effort. The manner of accessing screens is very intuitive also and takes much of the hardship out of managing the various processes that one uses Daylite for. I originally purchased Daylite for objectives management but I use it in other innovative ways to manage information now. 1 - No dark mode - I work from 4am and while all else on my iMac desktop is easy on the eyes (in dark mode), I have to put Daylite on a separate screen that I can switch off - or get a headache.

2 - Lack of a report or journal that allows me to select a day or week, and see everything that I touched in Daylite for that time period.

3 - Integrations....

-- Why do I have to pay for Merlin to get a Ghantt chart for organising and projecting timelines going forward?

-- Email marketing, tracking and management?

-- Signing contract documents? Making handwritten notes or at least scanning in a notebook page and having OCR process it?

-- Some of these solutions are open source so why do I need to take on other third party app's to 'talk' to Daylite?

== Every time I have to upgrade one of these third party app's, I need to go away and test it before putting it on a production server = time + money + a few headaches and God forbid.... some work arounds that become obsolete when the next upgrade of either Daylite or the app with the workaround comes along.

I tend to write notes because in what I do, banging words through a keyboard is not really and option when carrying a sensitive interview with a person for example. So I scan the notes and an app OCR's them and I then have searchable notes - but not in Daylite. I can save the image of the notes but that of itself is useless unless I type the notes out. An so I use a different app for this but that means using a different workflow with different results that do not harmonise with Daylite.

This is a problem for me and only Daylites excellent data management attributes has stopped me from moving to another app because of it. The issue for me is not convenience - it's the sensitivity of having to use multiple app's to manage data that may be subject to GDPR or is part of a legal process, and where data custody and tracking accountability becomes an issue. One of the qualities that I like the most about this software, is that it allows complete customization of the system, to meet the needs that are presented based on totally useful and specific information for companies, encourage and successfully promote their administrative work to immense business terms, mentioned that it acts as a prevalent server, ideal for a center for the activities and daily tasks that must be carried out in your corporation, emphasizing that it is a sophisticated application for the CRM that your organization needs. We can say that the mobile applications are not as solid as the desktop version, which can be a significant problem, because it does not allow direct access to the comfort of each user and thus encourage a full and wider work with unique qualities, being a very bad problem, which requires improvements in your system to increase productivity in dramatic features, including equitable performance.
