Everything Else. It takes an average 6 clicks just to see the information that you want. Plus the added frustrations of the App not being able to upload PDFs and needing a different app to illustrate on pictures before uploading on the regular app. Make a mistake and need to delete, well to bad because administration is the only one that can delete. Need to look at all the photos? Get ready to download them or look at them one at a time....you can also do the slide show but forget about zooming in/out on the photo besides the fact that this will only open to about 1/4 of your screen. Want to organize the photos? Good luck cuz they need to be in numerical order, so that is lots of fun! (Hope you can sense the sarcasm.)

The phone app also does not sync up with the project so if you call/text/email your client you have to do double entry into Dataforma instead of it automatically logging in the event.

The program does not sync up with Google Mail, Contacts nor Events so if you utilize Google then double entry again.

The program does not synch up with Quickbooks either so need to do a Purchase Order get ready to do the Order in Quickbooks, Email that out, Download then upload it into DataForma Docs then go back and write down a note and you best believe that the docs, note are different windows. Do your PMs get an email when you update the notes? Of Course Not. You will have to open up another window, the email window and send that out.

DataForma ist im Vergleich zu anderen Projektmanagement-Tools wie Microsoft Project ziemlich teuer. Wenn sie ihre Lizenz- und Servicepreise anpassen würden, könnte es für mittelgroße Unternehmen etwas zugänglicher werden und sogar andere Märkte erreichen. Was gibt es nicht zu mögen? Verfolgt mühelos Leads, verkaufte Projekte, speichert Dokumente für jedes Projekt und erstellt Berichte. Es hat so viele weitere Fähigkeiten, als wir es derzeit nutzen, und ich kann es kaum erwarten, es mehr zu nutzen!! Bewertung gesammelt von und auf G2.com gehostet.

Mein einziges Missfallen derzeit ist, dass es eine Belastung werden kann, auf dem neuesten Stand zu bleiben. Wir sind weit zurück, unsere Dataforma-Aufzeichnungen aktuell zu halten, da wir fast alles doppelt in unser Buchhaltungssystem eingeben müssten und so beschäftigt sind, dass wir nicht einmal die Zeit finden, Leads einzugeben... also nichts falsch mit dem Produkt an sich, wir müssen es nur besser nutzen!
