Das Produkt ist nicht benutzerfreundlich. Zu viele Schritte für einen Termin. Zeitaufwendig! Das Eingeben von Impfstoffen ist zeitaufwendig, langwierig und mühsam. Das Programm hat alle unsere eingegebenen Impfstoffe von einer Seite verloren. Die Trainer versuchten zu sagen, dass Sie die Informationen nicht in das Programm eingegeben haben. Die Schulungssitzungen sind schnell, mit winzigen Screenshots, die man auf einem Computerbildschirm kaum sehen kann. Das Programm sollte gemäß unseren LPHA-Bedürfnissen entwickelt werden, ist aber immer noch unbrauchbar. Die Trainer fordern das Personal auf, unethische Pflegedokumentationen durchzuführen, z.B. wenn sie Impfstoffe eingeben, sollen sie die Stelle sofort dokumentieren. Auf diese Weise gibt es weniger Dokumentation zu tun, wenn ein Impfstoff verabreicht wird. Die eigentliche Seite ist extrem langsam. Empfehle dieses System nicht. Es könnte das billigste sein; man bekommt, wofür man bezahlt! Das System interagiert nicht mit CIIS oder VaxCare. Auf die Frage, wann dies geschehen wird, hat das Unternehmen keine Antworten. Coming from paper-only, we wanted to match that workflow with CureMD. However, with their implementation team, we were able to learn to do things the "right" way. Their patient portal isn't setup like most I've used as a patient. There are many edge cases where the patient portal just won't work for a patient because of how the patient was created in CureMD. There also isn't a support line (yet) for patients to call and unfortunately we do not have the resources to provide technical support. The text message alerts do not provide a two-way confirmation, instead it's just a reminder and we still have to make confirmation calls. Lastly, they're working on getting their platform to work in Google Chrome, but right now only Internet Explorer is 100& compatible. I do not need a server room any longer. Neither do I need all that extra computer equipment and their never-ending maintenance costs. This is because their cloud system helps store all my data online. During the evenings, I spend some time on the Patient Portal, and my patient-based telephone traffic has drastically reduced. I am also using the billing service, and although I do not need a dedicated billing staff at my practice any longer, I feel less 'in control'. With my billing staff, I could stop them at any time of the day to check what they were doing. It's not that CureMD has made any errors there, just that I feel less in touch with the process. And those templates. The EHR templates that were provided with the softwarewas terrible. Lucky for me, I called their team up right away. Dan, I think was his name, was very kind and cooperative and managed to provide me with customized templates according to my specific needs. As much as the market has changed over the past 5 years or so, CureMD certainly hasn't kept up. The interface is not user friendly, their customer service is subpar at best, there is no split screen capabilities. This certainly couldn't keep up with a busy, multi-provider practice. I have absolutely nothing good to say. I am still in litigation with them, as they are refusing to refund my month-in-advance deposit that should have been a credit to my account (I cancelled during implementation & never went live with them, secondary to the disorganized chaos that they created in trying to implement their system).
